Went to the ballet (Frankenstein) with a friend last Saturday and we stopped off at Logan's Roadhouse for a quick lunch. They weren't very busy. The service was excellent and the food was good.
The bread though was excellent! I loved it. Could have made a lunch just out of that. Soft and airy. Tasted great both with and without butter. I would give this bread a 9.8 out of 10.
For my meal I ordered a fried chicken salad w/ 1000 island dressing along with a loaded baked potato. The salad was fresh and tasty. The fried chicken was moist and the breading was tasty. The potato was well cooked and the toppings plentiful. Salad was 7.6 and the potato 7.8 out of 10.
Overall, between the excellent service, the reasonable pricing of the food, along with the good food and excellent bread I would have to rate Logan's an 8.1 out of 10.
Well worth a bit of a drive for a very good lunch.
